“Petrizza” is the name Masone Mannu chooses for its Vermentino di Gallura, raised at 120 meters above sea level and faithful witness to the characteristics of this territory. The winery, which very recently adopted a biodynamic farming method, has managed to overcome the now unpredictable weather phenomena of recent vintages, confirming its expressive abilities thanks to the freshness of this renowned label.
Tasting note: Intense and elegant, with delicate balsamic and floral hints, followed by golden apple, mandarin, and almond sensations. The delicate flavour is astonishing and soft. The moderate texture, freshness, sapidity, and intense minerality sensations extend its persistence on the palate for several minutes—a perfectly harmonic wine.
