TreCampane. One of the most authentic expressions of native grape Turbiana, this has inviting aromas of chamomile, yellow apple, hazelnut and a whiff of wet stone. Poised and savory, the focused palate features white peach, Bartlett pear, salty mineral and a hint of fennel alongside tangy acidity. Made with organically grown grapes, it’s so delicious. Made from vines over 40 years of age, with deep roots in the calcareous clayey soil. Soft pressing, fermentation in steel at low temperature. Aging on fine lees kept in suspension in natural, non-vitrified cement tanks for 10 -12 months. Refined in bottle for a minimum of 6 months.
