Idea Bianco VdT Oltrepo’ Pavese – Luca Bellani

Vinification: They sought to express the bond between grape and terroir by stepping outside conventional norms, using grapes from micro-parcels planted over forty years ago by Luca’s father. This wine is designed to be accessible to everyone, characterised by its simplicity and inviting nature-clean, not opulent, and easy to enjoy. It comprises four varieties: Viognier, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Riesling, with fermentation and part of the ageing process in steel, finishing with a final maturation in the bottle.

Tasting note: This fragrant white wine boasts enticing notes of mandarin, bergamot, and wildflowers. It presents a soft, balanced palate with a subtle acidity that enhances its charm. Some sediment may naturally occur as part of the winemaking process, adding to its authentic character.
