Vinification: This delightful white wine from Campania is a refined blend of 60% Fiano and 40% Greco grapes. With a yield of 60 quintals per hectare, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel and matures for eight months in the bottle, enhancing its character. As a limited edition, only 6,650 bottles have been produced, making it a rare and sought-after choice for wine lovers wishing to experience the essence of this remarkable Italian region.
Tasting Note: Displaying a vibrant straw yellow with greenish reflections, this wine offers an elegant bouquet of white fruits like apple and pear, intertwined with tropical notes of pineapple and grapefruit. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, and well-balanced, revealing a dynamic character that echoes its aromatic profile, finishing with a pleasantly lingering touch.
